DATA AND SECURITY

How we protect and handle your information

Secure Storage

Your personal data, payment details and account activity are encrypted and stored on protected servers. Access logs are maintained and reviewed regularly. Only authorised support staff can view your account under strict confidentiality rules.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies to keep your session active and recognise your device on your next visit. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Functional cookies—those needed for login and payments—cannot be disabled without affecting service.

Data Retention

We keep account records, transaction history and support chat logs for seven years to meet regulatory and dispute-resolution requirements. After account closure, personal identifiers are anonymised after two years unless legal holds apply.

Account Security

Set a strong password during registration. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings > Security. Your withdrawal requests require email confirmation before processing. Never share your login details; we will never ask for them via email or chat.

Your Data Rights

You can request a copy of all your personal data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request account deletion subject to legal holds. Submit data requests via Settings > Legal & Privacy or email support. We respond within five business days.

Compliance Updates

When local law changes, we update our legal framework and notify you via email. You can review the updated policy in Settings before continuing to use your account. Ongoing use means you accept the updated terms.

Yes. Go to Settings > Legal & Privacy and select 'Request My Data'. We compile your complete file—deposits, withdrawals, game history, support chats, device logs—and send it to your registered email within five business days, usually sooner. No fee applies.

Once you request a withdrawal, we verify your registered payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) within one business hour. Processing typically completes within 1-2 hours after approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's clearing schedule.

Only authorised support staff can view your account under strict confidentiality agreements. Access is logged and reviewed. We never share your personal information with third parties except payment processors (for deposits and withdrawals), legal authorities (if required by law), or fraud-prevention partners (to protect your account).

Contact support immediately via live chat or email. We investigate within 24 hours and can freeze your account, reverse unauthorised transactions, and help you reset your password. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings > Security to prevent future unauthorised access.

Log in to Settings > Account Info to update your name, email, phone number or address. Payment methods can be added or removed in Wallet > Payment Methods. Changes take effect immediately. If you need to correct a registered bank account for DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS withdrawals, contact support to verify ownership first.

Your ability to open and maintain an account depends on local law. We operate where local law permits and verify eligibility during registration. If legal restrictions change in your region, we will notify you of how this affects your account and give you time to withdraw your balance before closure.
